We connect
Once you've reached out, we will invite you to set up a complimentary 30-minute conversation at your convenience. We're interested in getting to know your (and your fellow travelers) interests and preferrenses, so we can design the perfect trip for you.

Working Together
When you are ready to move forward in working with Luxe Scout, we will send you a letter of engagement for you to review and sign. Then, we begin obsessing over every detail of your trip.

Trip Design

This is when we dive into the details. Putting our industry expertise and global Virtuoso connections to work to design custom itinerary options. We work with you to refine the destination, accommodations, and experiences. We will set up follow on calls or communication via email (depending on your preference) to review the options and answer any questions you have.
Booking
After the itinerary meets your approval, we’ll make all your reservations and also alert you about when deposits are due, how to obtain any required visas, and recommend a travel insurance policy. In addition to email confirmations, we can provide your full itinerary in a variety methods, including your own personal app, Trippit, Google or Outlook calendar, or paper. We will request every possible extra on your behalf before you leave.
